Rotary’s leverless dual bead breaker tire changing machine changer provides your shop with a tire-changing powerhouse, keeping the most difficult to change wheels safe from damage. This changer has chain synchronized bead breaker arm(s) with power-assisted positioning. The mount/demount tool, upper and lower rollers easily index together with the same single control.

The Rotary R1200 Tire Changing Machine is a robust, leverless tire-changing solution designed to handle even the most challenging wheels without damage. Featuring Rotary’s advanced dual roller system and patented leverless mount/demount tool, the R1200 ensures safe, precise tire changes. This unique setup includes a fully synchronized dual bead breaker arm that is chain-controlled for power-assisted positioning. The center post clamping system is quick-locking and adjustable in height, reducing the risk of wheel damage while increasing productivity.

The R1200’s intuitive controls and dual roller bead breaker allow for synchronized operation. In one seamless motion, the mount/demount tool and upper and lower rollers align to handle normal and reverse rims, run-flat, and SST tires. The innovative 0-15 RPM variable speed turntable motor, with an exclusive inverter, slows as bead stress increases, ensuring tire safety. With features like match mount indexing and a rotating pneumatic top bead pressing tool, this machine is built for versatile, high-performance tire servicing.
