Rotary ARO16 extended alignment lift – 16,000 lb. Four Post Alignment Lift

The Rotary ARO16 extended alignment lift (model ARO16 Extended, base part number ARO16N002) is a 16,000 lb. capacity open front four post alignment lift from Rotary. It uses an open front design with an open-yoke combination and column rollers. This extended length (EL) model has 231″ runways and handles vehicles up to a 217″ general service wheelbase. It has 208–230V power with a 70-second rise. It is available in two colors, Blue and Red, all at the same price.

Alignment Equipment Included

Rotary ships the ARO16 ready for alignment work. Standard equipment includes:

  • Rear rolling jack rated 9,000 lbs. and front rolling jack rated 7,000 lbs., with frame-engaging adapters, extensions and polymer pads on the front jack
  • Two heavy-duty stainless steel turning radius gauges with 3 positions
  • Air-actuated oversized slip plates, flush with the runways and operated from the power column
  • Integrated LED lighting and a control center at the front column

Rotary’s standard warranty for surface lifts up to 30,000 lbs. covers structural parts for 5 years, functional parts for 1 year and labor for 1 year. Warranty Summary

All Rotary Wheel Service serialized products are covered under warranty for a period of three years to the original owner.  Important: The warranty period begins once the product is invoiced to an authorized Distributor/ Purchaser/ Account.  This date can be adjusted by submitting to VSG Customer Service the Warranty Activation Form indicating either the installation date or proof of retail purchase date. This warranty covers any failure of the serialized product under normal use and service, caused by a defect in VSG material or factory workmanship (“Warrantable Failure”). VSG shall pay for reasonable costs of transportation and labor for replacement of warrantable parts only during the first 12 months of the warranty period.

Accessories are warranted to the original owner for a period of one year from the retail invoice date. If a retail invoice cannot be produced, the date of the original VSG invoice shall initiate the one-year warranty period.

VSG warrants against defects in material and factory workmanship only. VSG does not cover wear or wear out of covered parts due to normal wear and tear.

VSG, at its option, will repair or replace any part that is found to have failed due to a Warrantable Failure. VSG, at its discretion, may require the part returned to VSG for inspection to determine warrantability.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, including routine calibrations, remedies for routine maintenance; damage or malfunction caused by, but not limited to improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation; or force major events. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment on which unauthorized repairs or alterations have been attempted and/or made to the product.

This warranty is exclusive and all other expressed or implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby expressly excluded. The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall VSG be liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind including but not limited to damages for breach of or delay in performance of the warranty.

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the State of Indiana in the County of Jefferson.
