What is the difference between swing-arm, tilt-back and center-post tire changers?
A swing-arm changer’s mount head sits on an arm that swings out of the way (Rotary R144i, R146RP, R200). A tilt-back changer’s column tilts back to clear the wheel (R145DR). A center-post changer clamps the wheel through its center, which helps protect custom and low-profile wheels (R247D.CL, R1200, R1250).
What is a leverless tire changer?
A leverless tire changer mounts and demounts the bead without a hand tire lever, which lowers the risk of rim damage.
