Complete Rotary Wheel Service Package for Professional Shops

This tire changer and wheel balancer combo features the Rotary R200 220V Tire Changer and R160 Wheel Balancer is built for shops that want a complete wheel service solution from one trusted equipment brand. Instead of piecing together a tire changer from one manufacturer and a balancer from another, this package gives your team a matched Rotary setup designed for professional tire service, wheel balancing, and day-to-day shop productivity.

For independent automotive repair shops, this package creates a stronger tire service offering without relying on outside vendors. For franchise dealership service departments, it helps improve throughput, consistency, and technician workflow across busy service lanes. Whether your shop is replacing worn equipment, adding a new tire bay, or expanding into more wheel service revenue, the R200 and R160 combination gives you the core machines needed to handle a wide range of passenger vehicle and light truck wheel service jobs.

Why Buy the R200 and R160 as a Combo?

A tire changer and wheel balancer should work together as part of the same workflow. The R200 handles the mounting and demounting side of the job, while the R160 completes the process with accurate, guided wheel balancing. When both machines are positioned together in the same bay, technicians can move from tire removal to balancing more efficiently, reducing wasted steps and improving job flow.

This matters for shops where labor efficiency directly impacts profitability. A faster, easier wheel service process can help your team complete more tire jobs per day, support more repair orders, and reduce delays during busy service periods. It also helps improve the customer experience by keeping tire replacement, rotation, balancing, and related maintenance work in-house.

For shop owners, the benefit is revenue control. For service managers, the benefit is process control. For technicians, the benefit is equipment that is easier to use, easier to understand, and built for repeated daily use.

Built for Independent Shops and Franchise Dealerships

This Rotary tire changer and wheel balancer combo is a practical fit for two major buyer types: independent shop owners and dealership service managers.

For independent repair shops, the value is clear. Tire service can be a strong revenue category, but only when the shop has equipment that allows the team to do the work quickly, accurately, and profitably. Adding the R200 and R160 gives the shop more control over tire replacement, tire rotations, balancing, suspension-related service, and general wheel service work.

For franchise dealerships, the priority is throughput and consistency. Service departments need equipment that can keep up with daily demand, support multiple technicians, and reduce unnecessary workflow delays. The R200 and R160 package helps dealerships handle more tire-related work in-house while supporting a more standardized wheel service process.

This package is especially useful for:

  • Independent automotive repair shops
  • Tire shops
  • Franchise dealership service departments
  • High-volume service bays
  • Shops adding tire service for the first time
  • Shops replacing older tire equipment
  • Facilities expanding wheel and tire revenue
  • Multi-bay service departments that need better workflow efficiency

Why This Combo Helps Improve Shop Revenue

Wheel service is one of the most practical add-on revenue opportunities for automotive service businesses. Customers already come in for brakes, suspension, alignments, inspections, oil service, and factory maintenance. When the shop has the right tire changer and wheel balancer in place, it can capture more tire-related work instead of sending customers elsewhere.

The R200 and R160 combination supports a more complete tire service process, including tire mounting, demounting, inflation, balancing, and related wheel service. That means your shop can offer a more complete solution, improve customer convenience, and keep more revenue inside the business.

For owners and managers, this equipment package is not just about buying machines. It is about building a more productive wheel service bay.

Power Requirements

Please verify electrical requirements before installation.

  • Rotary R200 Tire Changer: 220V configuration
  • Rotary R160 Wheel Balancer Machine: 110V / 60Hz, NEMA 5-15P

Because this combo includes both 220V and 110V equipment, confirm that your shop has the proper electrical setup before delivery and installation. This is especially important when adding the package to a new bay, replacing older equipment, or planning a new tire service area.

Recommended Bay Setup

For best workflow, place the R200 tire changer and R160 wheel balancer near each other so technicians can move efficiently from tire changing to balancing. Ideally, the tire changer should be positioned with enough clearance for bead breaking, wheel handling, tire staging, and technician movement. The wheel balancer should be placed nearby with room for wheel loading, accessory storage, and finished tire staging.

A strong wheel service bay layout should account for:

  • Technician movement around the tire changer
  • Wheel and tire staging space
  • Access to compressed air
  • Proper electrical connections
  • Clearance for larger wheel and tire assemblies
  • Safe loading and unloading around the balancer
  • Efficient workflow from tire change to balance

A well-planned layout can reduce wasted motion and improve the number of tire jobs your team can complete in a day.
