The Two Post Air Work Station FA5911 is designed to solve the most common frustrations in professional automotive shops: tangled cords, tripping hazards, and distant power sources. By integrating essential utilities directly onto the lift column, this unit streamlines your workflow and enhances technician safety. Whether you are outfitting a dealership service drive or a private garage, this workstation is the premium accessory your equipment deserves.

Universal Compatibility: Forward Lift & Rotary Lift

One of the best-kept secrets in the lift industry is the cross-compatibility of accessories within the Vehicle Service Group (VSG) family. The Two Post Air Work Station FA5911 is not limited to just one brand.

  • Forward Lift Owners: This is the factory-specified Forward Lift Air/Electric Work Station found in manuals for the I10, F10, and DP series lifts.
  • Rotary Lift Owners: This unit serves as an excellent Rotary Lift Air/Electric Work Station alternative. It mounts seamlessly to popular models like the SPO10 and SPOA10, providing the same functionality as Rotary-branded accessories often at a more competitive price point.

If you are looking for top-tier Forward Lift Accessories or Rotary Lift Accessories, the FA5911 offers the versatility to fit both environments perfectly.

Key Features of the Two Post Air Work Station FA5911

This workstation is more than just a power strip; it is a rugged utility box built for the harsh environment of an auto repair shop.

1. Advanced Air Tool Protection

Pneumatic tools are expensive. Moisture and debris in your air lines are the primary causes of impact wrench failure. The FA5911 includes a high-quality Filter/Regulator/Lubricator (FRL).

  • Filter: Removes water and dirt from the air line before it hits your tool.
  • Regulator: Allows you to adjust pressure for specific tasks (e.g., torquing wheels vs. delicate assembly).
  • Lubricator: Automatically oils your air tools as you work, extending their lifespan.

2. Convenient Electrical Access

Stop running extension cords across the bay floor. The Two Post Air Work Station FA5911 features GFI-protected 110v outlets. This allows you to plug in trouble lights, diagnostic scanners, or battery chargers right at the lift column.

3. Enhanced Shop Safety

Tripping over air hoses and extension cords is a leading cause of shop injuries. This workstation includes heavy-duty hooks to store hoses and cords neatly when not in use. Keeping the floor clear not only looks professional but complies with safety standards.

Why Every Tech Needs a FA5911 Work Station

Time is money in the automotive repair business. Every time a technician has to walk to the wall to plug in a tool or untangle an air hose, billable hours are lost. The Two Post Air Work Station FA5911 puts everything within arm’s reach.

Furthermore, it simplifies the look of your shop. A clean, organized lift column with a dedicated utility station signals to customers that your shop is professional and well-equipped. Whether you are running a Forward Lift or a Rotary Lift, this upgrade is an immediate boost to both aesthetics and functionality.

Installation and Specifications

Installing the FA5911 is straightforward. The unit is designed to bolt onto the side of the lift column.

  • Power Input: Requires a standard 110v supply line run to the top or bottom of the lift.
  • Air Input: Requires shop air connection.
  • Material: Heavy-gauge steel housing with a powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance.
  • Color: Neutral grey/black scheme matches most Forward Lift and Rotary Lift color palettes.
