FEATURES:
SPLIT SLIDING TOP
- The lift platform extends an additional 8” allowing the table to shift in sections. This feature eliminates the need to move the entire table for multi-positioning of larger loads.
- Platform easily locks and unlocks for fine adjustment of under vehicle placement.
REAR PLATFORM TILT ADJUSTMENT
- Conveniently adjust the table while under load with no need to remove battery, parts, or tools from platform. Fine adjust the tabletop with the object being removed or installed on the vehicle by positively tilting from the rear by up to 1°.
- To tilt, thread jack screws located at the rear of lift table upward using allen wrench or allen socket until correct angle is met.
- The table platform adjusts up to a 1° tilt angle to adapt to an uneven floor to be level with vehicle.
SIDE TO SIDE PLATFORM ALIGNMENT
- Easily shift tabletop left or right by 1” by unlatching red toggle handles on mid table and pushing or pulling “U” shaped handles until desired position is reached. Reclamp handles to lock the new platform position.
AIR RELEASED MECHANICAL LOCKS
- This redundant safety measure secures the lift (versus relying solely on
the hydraulic system) with additional locking security. Standard with 9 locking positions at every 2-3/4”, the first lock is at a 32” table top height.
AIR SYSTEM CONTROLS
- Standard air over hydraulic pump is easier to operate and far more accessible than manual, electric or battery pumps. Manual pumps are slow and require effort. Electric is less available in bays. Batteries require charging and maintenance lessening their dependability.
- Air connection is conveniently placed for easy access
- Air lock release is operated by a simple toggle switch
FOOT PEDAL CONTROLS RAISE AND LOWER LIFT
- Push top of foot pedal to lower table
- Push rear of foot pedal to raise table
FIXTURING HOLES ON LIFT TOP SURFACE
- Threaded 10mm holes on tabletop for attaching mounts and brackets allow for a broader array of service functions.
MULTI-DIRECTIONAL CASTERS
Large 3600 casters with rotational locks provide easier movement and directional control.
- Locking a single caster enables easier movement versus swivel casters on only one end of lift.
- When moving the lift table, the casters may be locked directionally by pressing the blue foot tab downward.
- For ease of fore/aft movement only lock one front caster.
- Lock the lift table into desired position by pressing only the caster locking foot tab.
