Rotary Flip-up Adapters T100274 are OEM-engineered frame-engaging adapters designed exclusively for Rotary two-post lifts equipped with TRIO arms. Built to deliver secure, reliable lifting for trucks and other body-on-frame vehicles, these TRIO Arms flip-up adapters offer the convenience of a flip-up design paired with rugged frame-contact support—making them ideal for high-volume service bays that need fast, accurate vehicle spotting.

Each adapter in the Rotary T100274 kit provides a strong, angled, flip-up contact surface that cups and engages a truck’s frame rails, helping prevent slipping and ensuring proper grip during lifting. This design not only improves safety but also makes spotting easier, especially on taller vehicles or frames with challenging lift points. As part of the Rotary Lift TRIO Adapters family, this kit integrates seamlessly with TRIO arms featuring a 1½-inch pin size, preserving OEM lift geometry and load distribution.

These Rotary frame engaging adapters are manufactured to provide shop-grade durability and are compatible with a wide range of Rotary two-post lifts that use the TRIO Superstructure arm system. However, they are not compatible with the SL212 TRIO Series lifts—an important distinction to ensure proper fitment and safe operation.

Warranty Summary

All Rotary Wheel Service serialized products are covered under warranty for a period of three years to the original owner.  Important: The warranty period begins once the product is invoiced to an authorized Distributor/ Purchaser/ Account.  This date can be adjusted by submitting to VSG Customer Service the Warranty Activation Form indicating either the installation date or proof of retail purchase date. This warranty covers any failure of the serialized product under normal use and service, caused by a defect in VSG material or factory workmanship (“Warrantable Failure”). VSG shall pay for reasonable costs of transportation and labor for replacement of warrantable parts only during the first 12 months of the warranty period.

Accessories are warranted to the original owner for a period of one year from the retail invoice date. If a retail invoice cannot be produced, the date of the original VSG invoice shall initiate the one-year warranty period.

VSG warrants against defects in material and factory workmanship only. VSG does not cover wear or wear out of covered parts due to normal wear and tear.

VSG, at its option, will repair or replace any part that is found to have failed due to a Warrantable Failure. VSG, at its discretion, may require the part returned to VSG for inspection to determine warrantability.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, including routine calibrations, remedies for routine maintenance; damage or malfunction caused by, but not limited to improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation; or force major events. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment on which unauthorized repairs or alterations have been attempted and/or made to the product.

This warranty is exclusive and all other expressed or implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby expressly excluded. The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall VSG be liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind including but not limited to damages for breach of or delay in performance of the warranty.

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the State of Indiana in the County of Jefferson.
