All VSG serialized and capital equipment are warranted to the original owner.
Important: The warranty period begins on the invoice date to an authorized Distributor, Purchaser, or Account. This date can be adjusted by submitting a Warranty Activation Form with the installation date or proof of purchase. Adjustments to the warranty period are allowed for up to 6 months after the original ship date, unless approved by VSG Customer Service.
VSG will repair or replace defective parts returned to the factory after inspection and will cover reasonable transportation and/or labor costs for replacements during the warranty period. Replacement items under warranty will assume the warranty of the original part.
Warranty Conditions:
The product must be installed, operated, used, and maintained as per the installation, operation, and maintenance instructions.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal maintenance, adjustments, or wear and tear.
Damage or malfunction due to improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, or carelessness.
Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
Registration is REQUIRED to be eligible for parts warranty.
