Forward’s F12 two post lift is ALI gold certified with a 12,000 pound capacity for raising most passenger cars, trucks, and vans. With two heavy-duty push hydraulic cylinders designed to increase lift performance and minimize down-time. Durable powder coat finish provides exceptional protection from the wears a shop will see over the years. Forward’s spring operated arm restraints are just one feature that keep these heavy duty lift arms constantly performing at their peak performance.

Rebates are valid on select equipment purchased between 02/10/2025 and 04/30/2025. All rebate claims must be submitted by 06/30/2025.
Forward Lift Warranty Statement
All Forward Lift products are warranted to the original owner.
Warranty Coverage
- Structural Components: Columns, arms, runways, and carriages are warranted for 5 years from the invoice date against defects in material and workmanship.
- Non-Structural Items: Cylinders, power units, and parts are warranted for 12 months from the invoice date. Forward Lift will cover reasonable labor and transportation costs for replacement of these parts during the first 12 months.
- Accessories: Warranted for 1 year from the invoice date (parts only).
- Optional Extended Warranty: A 24-month extended parts warranty (non-structural items) is available at an additional charge upon request.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty is valid only if the product is installed, operated, used, and maintained according to Forward Lift specifications as outlined in the installation, operation, and maintenance instructions.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to the following:
- Normal wear and tear items such as cables, sheaves, sliders, plastic, and rubber components.
- Normal maintenance and adjustments as required by the owner’s manual.
- Failure to follow installation and operation instructions or user neglect or abuse.
- Damage to components incurred during transportation or unloading.
- Lifts that have been altered from the original design or improperly repaired.
- Cosmetic defects or blemishes that do not interfere with the functionality of the lift.
- Damage caused by improper lifting or overloading.
- Damage caused by corrosion of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is exclusive of all other expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The remedies described are exclusive, and Forward Lift or any sales agent shall not be liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages, including delays or breach of warranty.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jefferson County, Indiana.

- We offer shipping within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
- For Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping is limited to mainland freight distribution centers. Additional costs for ocean freight to Hawaii must be calculated and covered by the purchaser.
- Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer than standard U.S. mainland deliveries.
