Rotary SPO20 low ceiling – 20,000 lb. Symmetric Two Post Lift
The Rotary SPO20 low ceiling (model SPO20 Low Ceiling, base part number SPO20N0TL) is a 20,000 lb. capacity heavy-duty symmetric two post lift with Rotary’s patented TRIO arms. It is built for medium-duty trucks, vans and other heavy vehicles within rated capacity, with a maximum load of 5,000 lbs. per arm. This model has a standard 4 HP, 208–230V power unit and low ceiling columns for shorter bays. It is available in two colors, Blue and Red, both at the same price.

TRIO Arms and Included Adapters
Rotary’s TRIO arms are a three-stage design in a two-piece arm, with a patented sliding adapter that lets a technician position the adapter under the pickup point without moving the heavy inner arms. Rotary rates the TRIO arm at 22% more adapter coverage than a conventional 2-stage arm. Minimum adapter height is 5 31/32″. Standard equipment includes:
- Adjustable thread-up truck adapters with rubber pads
- (4) 5″ and (2) 10″ stackable adapter extensions
- (4) clip-on rubber adapter pads for unibody vehicles
- (2) three-position wheel spotting dishes
Rotary’s Double-S columns use a single-piece overhead, and the lift has a single-point air-operated lock release. It is performance tested to 20,000 lift cycles and is ALI Gold Certified. Column height can be set to fit your bay in 6″ increments.
Low Ceiling Design
The low ceiling version has a 13′ 6″ to 14′ 6″ overall height and needs a minimum ceiling height of 13′ 8″ to 14′ 8″, compared with 15′ to 16′ 6″ overall and 15′ 2″ to 16′ 8″ minimum ceiling for the standard height model. Rotary confirms widths, drive-thru, inside column and arm reach figures for the low ceiling version at order, so contact us and our team will confirm the right model for your bay.
