Rotary SPO12-AV EH2 – 12,000 lb. Symmetric Two Post Lift

The Rotary SPO12-AV EH2 (model SPO12-AV EH2, base part number SPO12N20M7) is a 12,000 lb. capacity symmetric two post lift with Rotary’s low-profile All-Vehicle (AV) arms. Rotary built it to lift vehicles within rated capacity and clearance, from cars and SUVs to trucks and vans. This model has standard single-phase 220V power and EH2 extended height columns, 2 ft taller than the standard model. It is available in two colors, Blue and Red, both at the same price.

All-Vehicle Arms and Included Adapters

The AV arms give added reach, from 27 1/2″ to 59″, and a 3 7/8″ minimum adapter height at full arm extension. With true symmetrical lifting, the center of gravity is spotted between the columns, leaving room in front to open truck and van doors. Every model includes:

  • Adjustable TA truck adapters
  • RA round poly adapters
  • (4) 3 1/2″ and (4) 5″ adapter extensions
  • Adapter storage rack

Rotary’s Double-S columns use a compact cross-section, and up to 12″ of additional drive-thru is available for wide vehicles with three width installation options. The lift is ALI Gold Certified.

EH2 Extended Height Columns

The EH2 version adds 2 ft of extended height to the columns for taller vehicles, for an overall height of 15′ 8″. Rotary offers up to 3 ft of extra height on the SPO12 for tall vehicles such as high-roof cargo vans. Check your ceiling height before ordering. Warranty Summary

All Rotary Wheel Service serialized products are covered under warranty for a period of three years to the original owner.  Important: The warranty period begins once the product is invoiced to an authorized Distributor/ Purchaser/ Account.  This date can be adjusted by submitting to VSG Customer Service the Warranty Activation Form indicating either the installation date or proof of retail purchase date. This warranty covers any failure of the serialized product under normal use and service, caused by a defect in VSG material or factory workmanship (“Warrantable Failure”). VSG shall pay for reasonable costs of transportation and labor for replacement of warrantable parts only during the first 12 months of the warranty period.

Accessories are warranted to the original owner for a period of one year from the retail invoice date. If a retail invoice cannot be produced, the date of the original VSG invoice shall initiate the one-year warranty period.

VSG warrants against defects in material and factory workmanship only. VSG does not cover wear or wear out of covered parts due to normal wear and tear.

VSG, at its option, will repair or replace any part that is found to have failed due to a Warrantable Failure. VSG, at its discretion, may require the part returned to VSG for inspection to determine warrantability.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, including routine calibrations, remedies for routine maintenance; damage or malfunction caused by, but not limited to improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation; or force major events. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment on which unauthorized repairs or alterations have been attempted and/or made to the product.

This warranty is exclusive and all other expressed or implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby expressly excluded. The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall VSG be liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind including but not limited to damages for breach of or delay in performance of the warranty.

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the State of Indiana in the County of Jefferson.
