Rotary SPOA7 Shockwave EH2 – 7,000 lb. Asymmetric Pad Lift

The Rotary SPOA7 Shockwave EH2 (model SPOA7-MP EH2 Shockwave™, part number SPOA7U17X7bl) is a 7,000 lb. capacity asymmetric two post lift with ultra-low-profile moveable drive-over pads. Rotary builds it as a quick service pad lift, with time-saving features that help shops get customers in and out faster. This model has a 5 HP Shockwave™ power system that runs on 110/120V single-phase power and raises the lift in about 25 seconds, and EH2 extended height columns, 2 ft taller than the standard model, for 13′ 8 1/2″ from the floor to the top of the overhead. It is available in three colors, Blue, Black and Red, all at the same price.

Adjustable Drive-Over Pads for Fast Vehicle Spotting

Instead of swing arms, the Rotary SPOA7 Shockwave EH2 uses adjustable moveable pads. With a minimal 2 5/8″ drive-over clearance, technicians can drive onto the pads and spot vehicles quickly and accurately. Four 1 1/2″ and 3″ rubber spacer blocks are included for added clearance.

Shockwave™ Lift Technology

Rotary’s Shockwave™ package uses DC power to drive fast rise and descent times. Rotary rates Shockwave-equipped two post lifts at a 25-second rise and 19-second descent, about twice as fast as its standard lifts. The lift runs on a pair of standard 12V automotive batteries kept charged by a built-in 110V charger, so it does not need a 220V circuit, and a technician can still lower a vehicle if shop power goes out.

EH2 Extended Height Columns

The EH2 version adds 2 ft of extended height to the columns, taking the floor-to-top-of-overhead height from 11′ 8 1/2″ on the standard model to 13′ 8 1/2″. Check your ceiling height before ordering. Our team can help you confirm the right height for your bay.

Rotary Warranty

Rotary’s standard warranty for surface lifts up to 30,000 lbs. covers structural parts for 5 years, functional parts for 1 year and labor for 1 year. When the lift is installed by a Rotary Authorized Installer and registered with the factory, functional parts coverage extends to 2 years.

Warranty Summary

All Rotary Wheel Service serialized products are covered under warranty for a period of three years to the original owner.  Important: The warranty period begins once the product is invoiced to an authorized Distributor/ Purchaser/ Account.  This date can be adjusted by submitting to VSG Customer Service the Warranty Activation Form indicating either the installation date or proof of retail purchase date. This warranty covers any failure of the serialized product under normal use and service, caused by a defect in VSG material or factory workmanship (“Warrantable Failure”). VSG shall pay for reasonable costs of transportation and labor for replacement of warrantable parts only during the first 12 months of the warranty period.

Accessories are warranted to the original owner for a period of one year from the retail invoice date. If a retail invoice cannot be produced, the date of the original VSG invoice shall initiate the one-year warranty period.

VSG warrants against defects in material and factory workmanship only. VSG does not cover wear or wear out of covered parts due to normal wear and tear.

VSG, at its option, will repair or replace any part that is found to have failed due to a Warrantable Failure. VSG, at its discretion, may require the part returned to VSG for inspection to determine warrantability.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, including routine calibrations, remedies for routine maintenance; damage or malfunction caused by, but not limited to improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation; or force major events. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment on which unauthorized repairs or alterations have been attempted and/or made to the product.

This warranty is exclusive and all other expressed or implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby expressly excluded. The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall VSG be liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind including but not limited to damages for breach of or delay in performance of the warranty.

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the State of Indiana in the County of Jefferson.
